Auto Restoration
Restoring cars, whether an old “junker” from the 60’s or a very valuable and historic Ferrari, is a passion that is palatable. We can relate to cars almost in the same fashion as we relate to one another, as they are “family,” and in many cases, literally get handed down from generation to generation. However, unlike people, we can restore them to their previous condition or upgrade their architecture and appearance altogether.
I have had the pleasure of reviving a Ferrari 308 from the bleakest form possible, to winning Platinum awards at The Cavalino Classic. Impressed with my industrious and meticulous feat, the client then hired me to project manage a Ferrari 250 PF Cabriolet II from the dismal condition (below) to Concours status, consequently landing a prestigious space on an episode of Jay Leno’s Garage.
Collaborating with some of the top craftspeople in the world, I’ve found that with proper time management, budget, and expectations, the restoration of any car can be a rewarding and enjoyable process.
